Here's a very healthy (and cheap) alternative to a strawberry milkshake.
8 oz. skim milk
6 oz. Strawberry lowfat yogurt
2 scoops Kal Stevia (you could use two packets of Truvia or whatever sweetener you prefer)
8 oz. ice
Put all of this in a blender and blend until smooth. It's very YUMMY and is 5 WW pts. It makes a lot, more than one glass for sure. You could freeze the leftovers to make popsicles or just drink it in a bigger cup. I didn't have light yogurt, but it would only be 4 pts. with light yogurt. The peach is really yummy, too!
Sometimes I just mix the yogurt, milk and one scoop of stevia (equal to about 1 tsp. or 1 packet of other sweeteners). It's good that way as well.
