I got some great pics of the kids and have had a horible time posting them here. I think it's a problem with my internet. Hopefully, this one will load ok. Bread baking is definitely an art..but I love the feel of that dough in my hands!!

I make the 2 loaf batch in my KitchenAid mixer.
The only difference is that I use some white flour along with freshly ground wheat. I also don't use the gluten flour, I just use 1 TB of gluten.
