WW Key Lime Pie (or whatever fruity flavor you prefer)

1 box sugar free lime jello
1/4 C. boiling water
2 - 8 oz. containers light lime yogurt
8 oz. fat free cool whip
1 - 9" low fat graham cracker crust

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool slightly

Stir in yogurt.

Fold in cool whip.

Pour into crust and chill.

Cut into 8 slices. 3 points per slice.

Pretty stinkin' easy. You can also make many other flavors, just match your jello to your yogurt. Lots of possibilities there (peach, lemon, strawberry, strawberry-banana, raspberry, etc.)

This is one of our favorite desserts. My hubby and I even like it without the pie crust -- like mousse! Very yummy. Our favorite flavor is raspberry (I do one raspberry yogurt and one vanilla, and raspberry flavored jello). :)
